Corporate is the very worst in customer service. We had to send back our Neo Elite as it wasn’t working and it was overheating (less than a year old btw). It was like pulling teeth trying to get updates. Emails go unanswered for days. The moment it came back to us it was like an emergency on their end for them to get their loaner back. I have owned an Aerolase Neo for the past 10 years. I have a special edition model. One of the “arms” on my 5 mm lens broke off. I ordered a new lens online after for $745. after confirmed that the lens would work by an employee of Aerolase. However, it did not fit my model. I unfortunately had the opportunity to interact with Cassandra regarding a return which she refused. She demanded that I pay a $45k refurbishing fee and removed me from the Aerolase portal!! The folks at corporate are terrible. Cassandra specifically is a real gem! Threatening me with $500 day penalty for not returning a loaner laser over a HOLIDAY is outrageous!! Are we not allowed to have Thanksgiving? The have literally had my laser 4 weeks for ROUTINE PM, yet when they sent mine back they expect me to cancel Thanksgiving and jump through hoops when they say jump. On top o f that my laser did not have an UTD code and their loaner laser code expired so we could not use it. The codes is how they hold your laser... read more
I absolutely love aerolase !!! I have the Neo for my clinic and it has been such a. Game changer for treatments alone or in combination for all skin types and skin of colour! Said is extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond with the process and proving me with the proper resources, information and everything! Couldn’t have a better rep 🩷
