This company truly is difficult to work with…Placed an order 3 weeks ago. There were issues to resolve and the order was delayed. I did not receive a call to acknowledge the issue - just did nothing. And - again no call. I called them and stayed on hold for - what seemed like an eternity. The customer service rep was a high mark for them once I spoke to them. I've had excellent experiences with Aeroflow Healthcare. Their customer service is truly top-notch - responsive, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. Amanda, the customer service representative I work with, is outstanding. She is quick to respond, accommodates my needs, and makes the entire process smooth and stress-free. DO NOT USE! I th I thought it would be easier to have the supplies delivered to me. I went to my sleep doctor they forward my prescription to this place and it's been a month and I still have not received my supplies. I have called and called they keep saying that they're working on it. After reading the reviews I guess it's a good thing that I didn't get my supplies, it seems like they have billing issues as well. I will try to find a supplier I can drive to, which will be a lot easier.

Terrible experience with these people, They said my insurance was covered and sent me a free breast pump (which i thought was free) then later sent me a $200.00 bill for it and then reported to the debt collector, I will never get anything from this company.
