Worst company to order your breast-pump through your insurance. They never respond to your emails. If you happen to talk to someone through phone or chat, they never tell their names and are super rude. They never publish bad reviews on their website, so do not be fooled with those positive feedbacks. I doubt they are all real! I regret having worked with them and would love to warn soon to be mamas to find another company to order their breast pumps. This company is amazing !! Not only have I had excellent customer service every time I call, but as soon as my doctor faxed the appropriate documentation my representative ordered my supplies. That was yesterday (3/24/21). I got home and I had two big boxes waiting for me on my porch. How did Aeroflow get them to me in less than 24hours?!!!! Outstanding experience!

just now I called Aeroflow Healthcare to get information about incontinence supplies. I spoke with a young lady named Taylor Crotts. She knew all about the products available and insurance process. She told me all about resupplying and about the representative that would be assigned to help me through the entire process. MS. Taylor was a pleasure to speak with.

Great customer service!! My son receives the diapers, pads and gloves and they are of great quality. This program has helped my family tremendously. I highly recommend Aeroflow Healthcare.

Terrible service. Agreed to purchase a machine, 3 monthly installments, as well as a monthly service fee. Received machine and the mask provided did not fit. Phoned immediately and was told a new mask would be shipped. Took dozens of calls, and dozens of excuses from Aeroflow, to finally receive a new mask six weeks after I first contacted them. New mask didn’t fit. After being given the run around for nearly three months, I requested to return the machine and get a refund so that I could find a new company who would actuall... read more

Horrible company. Spent a couple of years trying to get off their email list. Finally decided to file an FTC complaint. There is no unsubscribe option in their email advertisements. After multiple attempts of trying to reach out to this Jason Jason guy or maybe it's Jason Warren who knows...
