Worst company to order your breast-pump through your insurance. They never respond to your emails. If you happen to talk to someone through phone or chat, they never tell their names and are super rude. They never publish bad reviews on their website, so do not be fooled with those positive feedbacks. I doubt they are all real! I regret having worked with them and would love to warn soon to be mamas to find another company to order their breast pumps. Worst medical device company I have ever worked with. First they sent me the wrong hose despite my doctor putting the correct one in huge letters on the prescription. Then they sent me the wrong mask. Then they refused to bill my insurance because I wasn't using the machine enough. Then when I tried to return to switch to another company they refused to take the machine back and stop the billing unless they get a note from my doctor canceling the prescription. Con artists...

I bought a Dreamstation cpap machine from them. My sleep has greatly improved! However, buying the machine from Aeroflow was a mistake. The machine recently had an error message and had to be returned to them. I returned in promptly and was very disappointed they had not loaner CPAP to offer and could not assure me when mine would be fixed, or replaced because it was shipped to them, then shipped to the manufacturer.
