When you need help, they never answer the phone. The bill is not clear and VERY expensive. And of course it takes days to get a customer service response to you, but payment is due immediately. Yes the medicine for SIBO is expensive, but the test cost more.
updated review. This started as a very poor experience. The cost of the test is quite high and there is no notification prior to the charges if insurance rejects the tests. Hopefully the company will address this shortcoming. Meanwhile the company will help you out if you email or call them. Jasmine is a hero for helping me navigate the bill and making sure my picky HSA pays the fees.
RecommendedCustomer service is incredibly responsive! They are so swift, friendly and throughly informed. I am just beginning to work with this lab and am very impressed so far.
I wouldn't praise any other lab for S.I.B.O Breath testing. You get amazing service from Jeremy creating the account, who is very well-read, then you receive personal calls from the Founder Gary to talk results, no other lab is going this, not to mention a 24 hour turnaround time.
Home test kit instructions were very easy to follow. Everything needed was provided. Very quick turn around time with test results. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

The customer service was fantastic! I was so grateful to receive an answer to my stomach problems after the doctor's office was unable to answer my questions or provide me with any answers. The website was very helpful because it gave me a list of foods to avoid if you tested positive for SIBO. The test came with suggestions also. Great instructions for the test in the box. I've referred this company to many people experiencing stomach issues. Thank you so much! �
