Disappointed. My CPAP flow rate was changed by my doctor on 1/6 with order faxed to Aerocare. I called 1/11 since no one had contacted me regarding change (you can’t change yourself). Told it could be changed remotely, but tech had to contact me to do follow-up work. 1/13-called again. Spoke to receptionist who said “didn’t she change it?”. Checked my machine and appears reduced… what happened to the “she’ll have to do a follow-up call for the change”? I’m a healthcare provider…that is not the way you manage patient care.

Aerocare delivered O2 on August 6 for my father. He passed away on August 18. I have been trying to get someone to pick up the O2 machine since then. I have called and spoken to several people and even left messages. I have tried to get them to call me before they come so that I can meet them there for pick up. They have sent someone twice without calling me, so they were not able to access. The reps are always unprofessional and rude. I finally put the machine on the porch and called to let them know. I spoke to "Nikki" a rep who was extremely RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL and UNKNOWLEDGEABLE of what was going with my equipment. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she hung up in my face!

I have not been able to speak with anyone for the last 6 months. Trying to get my supplies. When I did reach Nikki she hung up on me.
