Bob was friendly personable and quick to fix the problem.
Delivery and pickup of equipment was quick and convenient, driver was very cordial. Unfortunately I can't say much good about their billing, so far I haven't received a bill but they have already turned it over to collection, not waiting for insurance to pay.
