Get directionsTerrible company! On one of my visits to find out why I still don't have a Cpap the guy was sitting behind the front desk with feet up and eating. I had a sleep study done in December 2022 now heading into May I am still without the equipment that was ordered. My doctor has called three times with the information they say they need. I have never had such poor service from a company in health care! I also don't think they look at their terrible ratings.
FRAUDULENT billing for one year and still on going. Equipment was returned on Jul 19, 2021 and received receipt. I have reported them to my insurance company. Made numerous phone calls to customer service, billing and in person office visits. Regional manager will not return requests to speak with me directly. No one at local office able to assist or provide contact information for higher level management.
The equipment they brought me was very poor quality and extremely noisily. After buying a new one I realize AreoCare provides it's customers with old worn out equipment and charges top dollar for it. NO THANKS. I will never do business with them again.

So far absolutely NOT impressed. They “can’t find” My Doctors order,The guy that answered the phone was very condescending & when I told him I had a very hard time breathing, what could I do to get the ball rolling on getting things done BECAUSE of the urgency, he said (and I quote) “ I’ll going to be a few days”. My God I HOPE they do better if I’m stuck with them as a supplier. I’ll edit this IF things get better
