A smoke and mirrors company. They have been unable to deliver required medical device requested on 7/2. Numerous phone calls to various departments, including corporate VIP & compliance officer unresponsive. Excuses have been merger, computer upgrade, rentention of hard copy request made but not answered, file in Iron Mountain, etc. as of 7/11 still no cpap delivery.
