Excellent customer service. The best customer service and care I have ever had. Very informative and explained how my new machine works. Very friendly and knowledgeable about sleep apnea and the equipment needed. Very thorough and patient with me. She made sure i completely understood how my machine worked and how to use it before she left. She called me the next day to check on me.
