Went to CPAP Dr. got new prescription for supplies. On Dec 30,2025 was told aerocare had order and they would ship my supplies same day. It is now Jan 13,2026 and I get a call that Aerocare is just now getting around to my order. I would rate their service at a -10.

they dont listen to you and take money from your must have debit card when they shouldnt and leave you with no money to cover food .

Excellent service by technician RAY MITCHEL updating and setting up oxygen concentrator. Mr. MITCHEL was knowledgeable during the delivery process I am a retired investigative and consumer reporter. During 39 years on the job, I reported on many companies that provided poor service of live-saving products or equipment. I’m writing a review from my experience of using aero care in Texas , after discharge from hospital in east Texas the o2 care was great, then I traveled home to Dallas area & it’s been a struggle to try to get a POC unit .. I go back to calling Tonya in the East Texas Sulphur Springs ofc. They are kind & willing to help you solve your issues , aero care should take lessons on how helpful & efficient they are in this ofc. They are always late with re-supply orders and always short. If insurance allows 3 months, expect 1-2 months worth and expect that they won’t place order or ship until after you should have started with the new supplies. Always a gap of 1-6 weeks from when you should have had to when you will get.

I can count on getting my supplies quickly from Freedom Respiratory. Jason is very nice and super efficient. I told him today about a mishap I had and he even asked me if he could help me with it! Not the kind of customer service you get just anywhere, :) Karen Martin

This company is primarily owned and operated by the Muslim Brotherhood! They refuse veterans emergency O2 not accepting Veterans and family insurance. This company is totally beyond the pale and should have all business license remove as they are totally not American.

Absolutely horrible company to deal with! Stay away if you can. I signed documentation for having my cpap supplies to be sent automatically on June 18th and as of July 22nd have not received anything. I called to follow up and the rudest woman, "Jess", picked up the call from the que. She was unable to find my documentation and never once did she apologize for the mix up. When I pressed for a more specific reason, her response was "This isn't my department, I'm just filling in." She should've found someone who could an... read more
