DO NOT SIGN UP FOR AUTO PAY WITH THIS BUNCH OF THIEVES, If you do they will send you a mountain of supplies and you're stuck paying for it all. Then if you tell them to remove you from auto pay they lie to you and say they did and you recive another bill for supplies you didn't need the next month. I CAN'T STAND THIS COMPANY! Billing. They owe me almost $70 for overpay and keep saying they are going to reimburse me. It's been months. I owed $26.04 but did not know what for so I went to Provider Plus and they explained so I paid the bill. I called Aerocare and explained that I had sent it but it might not get to them before the due date. It had not been posted on the due date and I had paid the $26.04. It probably got to their facility, but due to an inadequate billing staff it did not get posted. After a month, the payment was still not posted.... read more

I had an appointment at 3:PM Tuesday 8/9/2022 and arrived at 2:50 PM because it was my first time going there. I entered the clinic and as I was approaching the front desk, the lady behind name Donna yelled, "is your name, Iris!" She had the nastiest attitude and her customer service was disgusting!! I said no and gave her my full name and ask her if I was in the correct clinic to receive my CPAP, suite C. She said no so I left and sat in my car to call the help desk. I am surprised by the good reviews. They must be very old. They have been acquired and the company that acquired them has been acquired. There is no one to talk to about issues with equipment or billing. It is now just part of a mega corporation that focuses on maximizing financial returns. Try asking a question or getting a billing error resolved. No chance. Ignore the positive reviews and run away from this shell company. It is not what it pretends to be!

One star is too high of a rating. As a former customer of your company, I can honestly tell you, that there is no need for any further contact by any of your company's representatives. Never had I dealt with such incompetence, over such a simple question; "how much is still owed, on my account?". Three weeks of asking and 5-6 different people, never could supply an answer. they dont listen to you and take money from your must have debit card when they shouldnt and leave you with no money to cover food .

AeroCare is a total SCAM! Customer service is atrocious and incompetent! Despite having coverage from two different insurance companies, I kept getting a bill for a wheelchair. I called the billing dept. after receiving the first bill. I was told that they had not filed a claim with both of our insurance companies and that we didn't owe the balance. I received another bill the next month so I called again. I was told that the balance on the account was showing $0 and to ignore any other bills. Nine months later, I rec... read more

Excellent service by technician RAY MITCHEL updating and setting up oxygen concentrator. Mr. MITCHEL was knowledgeable during the delivery process I am a retired investigative and consumer reporter. During 39 years on the job, I reported on many companies that provided poor service of live-saving products or equipment.
