The person on the phone before the delivery was quite professional and in no time at all..it was delivered. The gentleman doing the delivery was quick, professional and very polite.
Keisha was knowledgeable and professional.
Although my oxygen was delivered later in the week than originally discussed, the service guy, William was very courteous and professional. Any questions that I had, he answered them all. He's a keeper!!! Thank you Adaptcare for helping me breathe again.
The instructor was very professional, detailed and easy to follow and understand. I learned new information after being on my equipment over 20 years. The education was very helpful and beyond just the equipment knowledge, but for good health as well. I truly do recommend this staff for their great helpful service and friendliness with the willingness to assist the patients.
