Absolutely lousy. My son an US Airman has been waiting since the 8th of September for a CPAP. The Tricare Authorization was approved 09/17/2024, still to this date 09/23/2024 AeroCare has stated that they do not have the Authorization, being that AeroCare has not updated their fax number with major insurances. We went elsewhere. Pathetic.

I just have had all of my old equipment replaced. Lyle was the technician and he did an outstanding job of setting up the new machines and most importantly he was very thorough with his instructions and comments by way of orientation to the new machines. If I could give 0 stars for the AeroCare in Winder, I would. I spoke with a very miserable person that hates her job. I told her what problems I was having with my cpap machine and she said I was wrong! I told her the machine hasn’t uploaded since the 13th. How could she tell the problem I’m having with the pressure is wrong! I asked to speak to a manager and she informed me she was the manager. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR AUTO PAY WITH THIS BUNCH OF THIEVES, If you do they will send you a mountain of supplies and you're stuck paying for it all. Then if you tell them to remove you from auto pay they lie to you and say they did and you recive another bill for supplies you didn't need the next month. I CAN'T STAND THIS COMPANY! Billing. They owe me almost $70 for overpay and keep saying they are going to reimburse me. It's been months. I owed $26.04 but did not know what for so I went to Provider Plus and they explained so I paid the bill. I called Aerocare and explained that I had sent it but it might not get to them before the due date. It had not been posted on the due date and I had paid the $26.04. It probably got to their facility, but due to an inadequate billing staff it did not get posted. After a month, the payment was still not posted.... read more

I had an appointment at 3:PM Tuesday 8/9/2022 and arrived at 2:50 PM because it was my first time going there. I entered the clinic and as I was approaching the front desk, the lady behind name Donna yelled, "is your name, Iris!" She had the nastiest attitude and her customer service was disgusting!! I said no and gave her my full name and ask her if I was in the correct clinic to receive my CPAP, suite C. She said no so I left and sat in my car to call the help desk. One star is too high of a rating. As a former customer of your company, I can honestly tell you, that there is no need for any further contact by any of your company's representatives. Never had I dealt with such incompetence, over such a simple question; "how much is still owed, on my account?". Three weeks of asking and 5-6 different people, never could supply an answer. AeroCare is a total SCAM! Customer service is atrocious and incompetent! Despite having coverage from two different insurance companies, I kept getting a bill for a wheelchair. I called the billing dept. after receiving the first bill. I was told that they had not filed a claim with both of our insurance companies and that we didn't owe the balance. I received another bill the next month so I called again. I was told that the balance on the account was showing $0 and to ignore any other bills. Nine months later, I rec... read more
