Had our 4 year old daughter in private swim lessons with Mister Paul and Miss Gwen for almost the last year. We had been searching for a while for private lessons and were lucky enough to work with Rachel getting started with classes. The amount of progress our daughter made in just a few months was remarkable. Not only that but they are extremely flexible with scheduling and vacations, etc. Couldn’t be happier with our time spent there. My only complaint is I wish it were closer to our house. Tried to go for a first time swim class today. Arrived 10 minutes early to the class. Was informed that it was full. The staff there recommended arriving an 45 minutes early to get a spot??? And no, you can’t call in ahead of time to secure a spot, you have to go in person. As someone who works full time and has two children, going an hour ahead of time to then have a one hour class is untenable. Was very disappointed.
