Horrendous transparency. Will fire you without telling you somethings wrong. If you're seeking reliable employment, avoid this company.
ATP started off as a great place to work, I'd been a welder there for about 2 months. My standard quota percentages and attendance we're through the roof the entire time being employed. 186%-266%, which is way above average. The day before Thanksgiving and without warning I was fired and when I asked why, ATP officials told me it was for failure to meet production standards. But that's a load of bull.
