I am very disappointed in this office. I have gone to about five physical therapy appointments for my tennis elbow. I show up today 16 minutes after my appointment time. The first reason I was late was my daughter is autistic and she a massive meltdown. Second, an elderly gentleman was at the door and couldn't figure out how to get into the building. This is an amazing center. The front office is very accommodating - Claire, Carlos and chase they are all great. The staff are equally good, Amanda, Michelle and Alvin all were part of my recovery team for an ACL and they were the reason I am back to my normal routine.
