Driver parks in EV parking with his box truck blocking multiple spots when there are lots of open spots near by. When asked why he swears at me like a lowlife POS. Not a good look … way to represent your company 🤦🏻‍♂️

I recently received a white glove delivery service for a Sony TV, which was delivered and installed by AeroXpress. Following the delivery, there were clear scuffs and black marks on my brand new (and high value) white couch. I immediately called AeroXpress to address the issue, and was put on hold while I was forwarded from manager to manager. Their final response was unexpectedly dismissive.
