Negotiated rate with Hotel pickup then driver drove me down the street and said it would be a different rate and would also charge additional fee for me for having a service animal. So I had to get out or be extorted to pay more. Do not trust hotel pickup prices with this taxi company. They told me to complain to the hotel, because the hotel didn't tell them I had a service animal, and the hotel quoted the wrong price.

If I could leave a review of zero stars I would. I am a mother of a disabled child who is on the spectrum. It is December 22nd 2025. The temperature is in the 20s. We had a scheduled ride for 1:30pm. We waited the required 30 minutes we are supposed to allow the driver to pick us up.I called this company and was met with not only disrespect . Prompt and friendly service for my ride to and from LGA. Drivers were friendly and kept constant communication on my arrival to the airport. Would definitely book them again.

First time rider from hotel to LGA. Great experience. The driver was waiting at hotel for pickup prior to scheduled time. Vehicle was nice and clean. Driver was friendly, bilingual, and communicated perfectly by text. Recommend
