I found Aero when I wanted to get back to CrossFit after a couple years away. It felt like I never missed a beat. The coaches- Denise, David, Joe, and Bob are motivating and supportive, and the early morning group is friendly and welcoming. I am so glad I came back to CrossFit, and that I found Aero to come back to. Whether you're a complete newbie or a seasoned athlete, I highly recommend it!
Dropped in on a class while in town and had a great experience. Very welcoming environment and Denise was great at going through the different movements with everyone and helping modify as needed.

I've been working out at CrossFit Mahwah now for 5 years and it was the best decision ever! The coaches there are fantastic, classes are fun, and the community is very welcoming. Now the entire family has joined, including the kiddos!
