Mary and Lisa were both great to work with! I was able to refinance my auto loan at a much lower rate. The customer service experience overall was very positive. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to refinance their auto loan.
I am a long time Aero FCU customer. A big part of the reason for this is that I've never been disappointed in the efforts of the staff to resolve any request that I've brought to them. It doesn't seem to matter what branch I've gone to, the service and caring by the staff is always great. Kim and Leslie at the 19th Ave and Deer Valley location are amazing. Five star all the way.
Fantastic Credit Union staffed with great folks. We recently helped one of our daughters get financing for a car at this location.
