I have have been employed at Aero for almost a year. It has been, by far, the best job I have ever had. Don't work here unless you love being talked down to by people without college degrees. I was hired through a temp agency and never received proper training for the job, as the employee who was supposed to train me got sick and called out for a couple weeks. This left me basically figuring things out as I worked, which was not only frustrating for me but annoying for other employees who I'd repeatedly ask for help from.
