Technician was very polite and effective. When he gave me the cost of the capacitor, he replaced i had a heart attack and headed to the hospital
Customer service was excellent he was very thorough with his job, meant to give him 5 stars but your rating is very confusing.
It’s that time again for the annual cleaning and maintenance of my HVAC. My service guy Andrew Kurpat was on time and ready to roll. He was quick and efficient wrapping the service up in 45 minutes or so. He kept me informed the entire time with what was going on with the maintenance. A great experience all together and that’s what I have come to expect from Aero.
Andrew was very nice, professional and thorough.
