My name is Mary Bannerman. I wanted to write a review for such a wonderful company. I have nothing but praises for the company. Since 2006, I have been a customer. Everyone is top notch. I have never had a problem Their people skills are exemplary. Glad to be a customer with this company. The company that I am associated with is located in Prince Frederick, MD. Could not go the regular route for this review, so, I decided to do it this way.
Horrible pricing and customer service So I just got raped this week by my "oil company".... Prices almost 30-50 cent per gallon higher than any company in Baltimore. Yet earlier in the year they told me I could not lock in my rate because I had a credit in my account of $600 so I had to get flex pricing to spend it. SHOCKING that my delivery this year occurred when the home heating oil prices reached an all time high this winter. Lets just say F-U "Aero Energy".
