Eric explained in layman terms what happened about a hairline crack in the line causing the leak and smell in our furnace. How he replaced the line and how we may have minimal oil smell but it will burn off. My husband and I were pleased with the service from Aero Energy

I have been a customer for 20 years. When I have a problem, I call and someone is here the same day. Curt who works in service is awesome. Any questions I have he answers. My heat wasn't working at 6 am, by 8:30 am it was fixed. An awesome company
Customer service representatives do not understand what it’s like to own and operate a small Farm. Billing issues on their end caused us to terminate our relationship with them. Bunch of crooks !!
Kathy answered the phone and I was already at ease. She was polite, friendly and informative. Since I already have an account for propane with Areo, I was interested in service plans. Kathy’s presentation of each plan was concise, yet very easy to comprehend. She patiently answered my questions and we set up the plan that works for me. We also made an appointment for a checkup on my units. I have always had exceptional service from Aero Energy, and it continues.
Shane was very curious and extremely knowledgeable. Did a great job.

My dad used their service for decades. After he died, I continued their service plan for 5 years while dealing with his estate but only actually had them come do a tune-up once. After paying 10 of 12 months this year, I asked them to come do a service. They said that if I paid the remaining two months, they would be willing to come do the service for this year. While reimbursements were not a request that we were able to accommodate, we did offer to come perform the 2019 tune-up even though the year had come to a close. We are sorry to see you go.
this morning I had a major plumbing problem fixed. the technicians, Jeremiah and Don were wonderful. They let me know what was going on and cleaned up well. I was very worried about the cost, but it was less than expected. Jason initially came out also and was helpful. I will recommend Aero plumbing to anyone!
