Great Experience with Aero Drapery & Blind. We purchased and had them install Hunter Douglas Shades when we moved here in 2013. After 12 years of daily usage the internal mechanism on our dining room shade failed. Paul came to my house, diagnosed the problem, and within a couple of weeks, the part was ordered and installed. Bonus - even got some great fishing tips from Paul. All told, this is precisely why buying a quality product from a small local business, still makes the most sense.
We have used Aero in the past for our drapery needs and looked forward and comfortable with working with them again. Their staff was responsive to our needs and immediately visited our residence for our selection of materials and getting updated size information. Turnaround time for the production of the eleven window openings was completed very quickly. We would definitely recommend Aero Drapery and Blinds. Janis solved a very difficult problem for us by fixing a drapery rod that would have been impossible to replace. Her attention to detail was amazing.
