Our experience with Aero started out great, but ultimately turned into an incredibly frustrating, expensive mistake. During our consultation, the sales rep sold us on the Hunter Douglas “Light Lock” blackout blinds for our two kids' bedrooms. She managed expectations well, noting they wouldn't be 100% pitch black but would be a massive upgrade from our basic $200 Home Depot blinds we installed ourselves. We loved working with Debbie at Aero Drapery & Blind that we went back multiple times for different projects - and we will continue to go back! Debbie was wonderfully kind, great ideas, very knowledgeable and made the process of adding shades to our home fun! Paul, who installed our shades, was also absolutely wonderful! We cannot recommend the team we worked with enough!
