I had a great experience with Aero Carpet. I was initially having trouble finding a company willing to clean a small kitchen runner, but they were able to do it without issue. Offering pick-up and delivery was a bonus too! From the start, their team was very responsive and took the time to answer all of my questions quickly and thoroughly, which I appreciated during my carpet cleaning research. Paul and Jourdan did great work on the carpets and sofa. The sofa almost looks new again! Better than I thought possible given the pet stains it had! The service was terrific. Both guys were friendly. We will definitely call Aero Carpet Services again!
The company was great on the phone in arranging my carpets to be picked up. They were cleaned earlier than planned, which was great. I appreciated they helped me put the carpets into my car. Good quality customer service. I will use them again for sure.
