Recommendedtop flight ambulance service. spotless rigs, awesome employees and a management team that knows the meaning of the word team.
They could try to be on time for scheduled pickups --especially those that were made a week in advance. Instead, they're chronically late, citing "we do the best we can," as an excuse. The truth is they schedule their drivers 15 - 20 minutes before a scheduled pickup (or when you call to complain they're late) without regard to the driver's location at the time. My longest wait, so far, has been 2.5 hours.
My father is on hospice and was supposed to be picked up at 9:30pm for a transport to another facility. It’s 10:45 pm and still waiting. I called them and they said, they only have one ambulance at this time...why is this my problem? WTF... you really suck!
