I called the office for a second opinion with Dr. Aerni due to a very unpleasant recent experience with another dental office. Connie quickly found me an appointment . My first impression was wonderful . Connie was pleasant, efficient and accommodating when making our first appointment, Jenny was very friendly and welcoming and certainly enthusiastic about Dr. Aerni and the whole practice, Julie was very knowledgeable and PATIENT with us -- all these ladies are very much an asset to this practice!
