Wonderful Builder! I have enjoyed working with Eli. He always responded in a timely manner and very professional. Wonderful people to work with. My house should be completed by September and they have made it very enjoyable.
BEWARE of this builder. At our first meeting we explained to Eli the builder that we already had our own financing with another lender. He said that was fine. Several months later he informs us that it would need to be under a construction loan and to use his preferred lender. We contact the preferred lender and all we get is excuse after excuse (it was obvious the preferred lender’s loan officer and this builder worked together to benefit the builder.)
