Natalie was so kind and took time at the start to explain everything and answer all my questions, which immediately put me at ease for my first acupuncture experience. I felt completely relaxed during the session (even took a great nap!) and since then my sleep has been amazing. I would absolutely recommend Natalie to anyone curious about acupuncture or looking for a holistic way to improve their well-being. I’m already looking forward to my next session!

This was my first time ever receiving acupuncture. Natalie made it such pleasant experience and really listened to what I was seeking from treatment (anxiety relief and fertility support). I felt no judgement and she explained everything I had questions about. I felt so much clarity and positive energy over the next couple of days… just lighter all around. I can’t wait to return for my next treatment!

I experienced acupuncture a handful of times and found slight improvements. Natalie approaches things differently and explains Traditional Chinese Medicine in a way that I can understand.
