I experienced acupuncture a handful of times and found slight improvements. Natalie approaches things differently and explains Traditional Chinese Medicine in a way that I can understand. I tend towards insomnia and being up in the middle of the night. I have slept through the night nearly every single time since I started seeing her! I can feel my health improving with her help. I highly recommend Aeris!
Natalie was so attentive during our first session. She really listened and tried to understand the full picture of my physical and mental health. The treatment was relaxing and painless and today I’ve experienced a lot of restorative time - according to the data gathered from my Oura ring. I’m excited to continue down this path.
Natalie was wonderful. She listened to my concerns and explained how the cupping and acupuncture would help workout muscle tension and pain. Natalie was professional and very knowledgeable. Her space was inviting and comforting. I would highly recommend her to everyone.
Highly recommend! I have tried acupuncture before without great results, until I found Natalie. During my initial appointment we talked about my concerns, what I really wanted to focus on (better quality sleep in my case), and she listened...really listened. I've been going now for a few months and I'm sleeping much better and have higher energy levels. So glad I went!
Natalie is an amazing acupuncturist and I am so happy to have met her. She is professional, dedicated, and so skilled at what she does. She has helped me immensely with managing my own stress and anxiety. I don't know what I would do without her.
