I wish I had had the opportunity to have gone here but after trying to get a hold of someone, in every way I could, I decided to go somewhere else. I called and left voicemails, I sent a message over Facebook, I texted via their website, I emailed them, etc etc. and no one ever got back to me. I can’t say enough great things about this studio. Provest was so patient and kind when working with my little girl. I can’t wait to go back!
My usual piercer was out so I decided to come to aeriel and I loved it! I was a little nervous at first but the girl who did my piercings was super sweet and walked me through everything. I will definitely be coming back to see her for my next piercings.
I recently took my 5-year-old daughter to get her ears pierced, and Provest was absolutely wonderful. She was professional, kind, and incredibly patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly. What impressed me most was how she reassured my daughter, letting her know she could stop at any point if she felt uncomfortable. The whole experience was smooth and positive—we couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend Provest to anyone considering ear piercing.
They did my nose piercing and my piercer was very nice and understanding.give them a 10/10 and will be back for more business.
