Staying at Aerie on the Lake was the highlight of our Alaska adventure. Pam is the most gracious and generous host—we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. She thought of everything, from arranging a pack-and-play for our baby to helping us set up grocery delivery, which made traveling with a 1-year-old so much easier. She even cooked us an incredible salmon dinner and arranged for me to go out on her boat to fish for grayling, which was a blast! Our stay at Aerie on the Lake was absolutely unforgettable! Pam is such a kind and thoughtful host, and she went above and beyond to make sure our family was comfortable. She had a pack-and-play ready for our baby, helped us arrange grocery delivery, and even treated us to a delicious salmon dinner. The house itself is beautiful, with gorgeous views of the lake and mountains, and the location is perfect—just a short walk to the NPS visitor center and nearby hiking trails. Wow! 10/10! Pam is an incredible host and person. Beautiful property with an unbelievable view. Clean, comfortable, and full of charm. Easy to walk to the sights in town (although Pam offered to drive us anywhere we needed!). Wouldn't change a thing ❤️ Will be back soon.
Absolutely the best accommodations!!! Wonderful host, tasteful & comfortable accommodations, fantastic setting in Alaska wilderness. So quiet and beautiful. I felt at home and loved. Don’t miss this place! You won’t want to go home!
