The employees are not welcoming.
I run a retail store, and though my gf and daughter like the clothes from here, I can't believe the company decided to close the fitting rooms during peak season. It is a completely anti customer policy. I was convinced that it had to be a bad decision from lower management, because I can't believe that corporate would be so stupid. DO NOT WORK HERE!!!!!!!!! This review is for the aerie on the first floor but they keep deleting negative reviews, and that should tell you all you need to know about this place 🤮 I used to work at this location and it was by far the WORST JOB I have ever had. The employees are really cliquey and a lot of talking-behind-backs happens. Bullying will be passed off as "just a joke". Go see Caroline! I walked in to get fitted, and she was very approachable, knowledgeable and SO KIND! Only needed one bra but left with 2 due to her customer service! Thanks girl, you killed it!
