Horrible customer service. After leaving multiple voicemails because I had questions about registration, I decided to come in person for help. On July 14, 2026, at around 1:30 p.m., I spoke with a young woman in the first room on the left. Before even greeting me, she asked if I was there to pick someone up. We have been sending our kids here since before COVID. They are always excited to see their teachers and go to class, and we have noticed dramatic increases in their strength, flexibility, and balance. This is the perfect, low key gym for kids to learn new skills and just have fun.
