This place has been pivotal in improving my physical and mental health. I always feel encouraged and supported not only by the instructors but also by other students. If you're brand new to aerials / fitness, I recommend signing up for the aerial conditioning and/or pre-hab sessions along with your first term for exponential prorgress. My only warning - you might get addicted to aerials.

Went to my first Aerial Yoga class. Staff were super friendly. Vanessa is amazing! Such a relaxing class that helped release my back. Would definitely come again.
