Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. This company (Mel from Aerial) repeatedly scheduled and cancelled the job multiple times with different excuses. After weeks of delays, I was suddenly told the job had been completed despite my security cameras confirming no one ever attended the site. I was then asked to bring cash payment, only to discover no work had been done at all. Wish that I had read all of the negative reviews here before I engaged this company. So disappointed in their professionalism and lack of service. Couldn’t complete the job of trimming the tops of tall shrubs because they couldn’t reach. Offered them a ladder but didn’t want it. Took a bit off the bill because they didn’t do it. The boss came for a quote, showed him all the branches on the tree that needed removing and a quote was given. There were delays due to rain which i understand then i came home one day and it had been done, cash taken that was left for them but only half of the agreed branches removed. I contacted them several time to get it fixed but again rain and staff shortages and sickness etc but despite the fact there has been good weather for some time still no responses or agreement to remove the original job we paid for. at one sta... read more
