This business is all over the place... Communication issues, last-minute cancellations, elapsed registration of their cherry picker, which they realised a day before the job, then they cancelled the job that they confirmed 12 hours ago. And we have been exchanging emails about this job weekly basis for the last two months! As a returning customer after 2 years, we are hugely disappointed with their lack of business ethics... Waited all morning for the agreed time to come here for a quote, never arrived and when we called they lied saying they came out the day before when I was home all day and no one came, checked my cameras incase I missed something. No, nothing.

Called and spoke with friendly staff who organised a quote within 30 minutes. Returned home from work to find the tree had been removed, the stump grinding was complete and the team had tidied up and left. Very happy with the service. Thank you team!
