Rude and arrogant salesman and technical staff. They push to sell documentation that they admit doesn’t contain any specifications or answer your questions. They try to hide actual brand name of components and claim everything is proprietary even though I have the actual part with the sub vendor’s name, so no secret there. I wouldn’t recommend these folks to my worst enemy. High pressure sales and no help. Guy actually hung up on me when I said I wasn’t interested in purchasing his overpriced manual.
