I met Scott a few months ago while he was topping off in Slidell. It’s rare to come across someone so engaging and pleasant. Scott took me up a couple of weeks ago. Even before we left the ground, his professionalism was apparent. The pre-flight safety inspection was extremely thorough - things I forgot about a long time ago. We lifted off right on time.
