I love the service they provide us. They have always been honest and up front about pricing on repairs and or service. Our lift will always go to them because I can trust what they say. All staff member's from the office to the field have always been a great pleasurer to deal with.

Luaren dicaspir is a very rude manager. I'm shocked that she even is a manager to begin with. Yelled at me over the phone and told me to take my business else where and then she hung up. Really professional from a Office manager. I'd fire her if she was my employee.

Great company and customer service, very professional. My forklift cylinders were leaking hydraulic fluid fast as I could pour it in. Jim and Brandon came out same day, pulled the cylinder and had it back the following day. Wow! Thanks again guy's

Truck drivers be careful booking loads with Logistics Made Simple Inc. Chris Langford, after you delivered the load at this business Aerial Lift Services they will find a way or an issue to have the rate cut. They cut my rate by $1000.
