As a parent of two daughters, Aerial Energy has proven to be a reliable and secure setting, providing my girls with essential support, encouragement, and a strong sense of community from the AE coaches and other students, which is precisely what every parent desires for their chuldren, regardless of age.

If there’s one studio I would recommend it would definitely be Aerial Energy! The atmosphere from both staff and students continuously goes above and beyond my expectations. The support, love and confidence you experience here is what has made me a better aerialist and person. A huge shoutout to the owner Eleisha who is not only incrediblely talented but is patient, nurturing and kind. It has definitely healed my inner child acrobat!
My love for aerial started at Aerial Energy and now my big audacious goal is to compete in bend the air when I’m strong enough. Thank you Alex and Elisha for creating a space where an uncoordinated, incredibly motion sick prone human could fall in love and believe in myself like I do now. 🫶🫶🫶
Aerial Energy is an incredible place to discover aerial and circus skills, enhance flexibility, and enjoy a fun workout. The coaches are consistently encouraging, they are your biggest supporters with warm, welcoming faces. Aerial Energy has cultivated an atmosphere where everyone feels included and enjoys themselves while getting fit, making you feel like part of a big family. I look forward to every class, it's the highlight of my week!
