Awesome activity for kids. Monique is so nice. She’s great with kids and makes the experience super fun for them.
I’m a beginner in the fitness world and Monique made me feel super comfortable and was able to provide modifications to the workout so that I could tolerate the workout and not give up! They offer a variety of classes. I highly recommend!
