AAF has been my fitness home for 13 yrs. I’m the strongest I’ve ever been & I’ve had so much fun getting there! The studio in Norwich is outstanding and everyone is always welcoming and supportive, no matter where you are on your fitness journey.
The new studio space in Norwich is an absolute dream! AAF has brought me so many good friendships since moving to CT a couple years ago.
