I took a pole class at a different studio and left feeling so behind, dejected and insecure. After trying a bungee class here (which by the way was so so SO fun) I signed up for the intro to pole class the next day. I am so beyond happy I took the pole class here. Not only did I have so much fun but I learned what I was doing wrong and how to correct it. Maricel was a phenomenal teacher and I can not recommend this studio enough!! So excited to come back for more classes.
This place is amazing. The owner Jenn is not only super sweet, she’s an awesome instructor. I’ve also taken classes with Liz, AJ, Wren, and Tracey and they are all equally awesome, each with their own unique personality, style, and coaching abilities so you really get a well-rounded experience to your training. I absolutely love AAF! It is so incredible having access to so many fun modalities & the community is like family. I am so grateful for Beth for being such a cheerleader & incredible teacher. She is thorough, efficient , kind & makes you believe in yourself! I love my Thursdays, they are the highlight of my week 💓
Very welcoming environment for new people. Had a blast learning something new. I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a good workout. This is a fonomanl small business. Yes, you may try some things outside of your comfort zone. For me personally, it has really helped improve my self-confidence. This is a very warm welcoming place to be. The instructor took her time to make sure I got the moves and didn't leave me behind even though this was my first class. I can definitely see myself going back to learn more.... read more
