RETURN CALLS! Paid up front and have been waiting for a rebook for 2 months. Called, messaged, and Private FB message...nothing.
Wife and I had won a trip 4+ years ago at an auction and have yet to been able to take our flight. I understand it’s weather dependent but now our calls are not being returned.
