Very disappointing experience with Aeras-US. Kay regularly replied to my text messages and repeatedly assured me that their representative, Dannah Hagerty, would contact me. However, despite my phone call, email, and four follow-up text messages, I never heard from Dannah. I eventually gave up waiting for a response. Unfortunately, the lack of follow-through and communication made it impossible to move forward with their services.

Aeras has been able to meet the PM requirements of our commercial offices as well as remedial repairs as they arise. The crews have been respectful and courteous.
