I have been training with Aequus Movement for 4 years now, and I can honestly say it has been life-changing. I was in Canberra for several months and I spent the final month visiting Aequus Movement regularly for sauna and cold plunge. Excellent facilities, clean, and easy to enter, use and exit. And a lovely welcome from the staff member when I joined. If I am back in Canberra I will visit again. Thank you!
