Power goes out at least once a month. Supervisors are very rude, especially April.
As if the bad service and the higher charges were not enough‼️ They made it almost impossible to reach the customer service department by adding nonsense robotic system to help them enjoy your hard earned money in peace ‼️
They allow contractors to drive onto your yard to do a pole check without your permission damaging your yard.... There is a perfectly good alley way and why do you need a truck to look at a pole. At the very least consent should have to be given for them to be on you property! They also charge 50 a month for a connection fee, having lived all over the US this is extremely high. So even if you conserve as much energy as possible you still have to pay 50 a month...for your power to go out 2-3 times a month. Should be illegal.
