They allow contractors to drive onto your yard to do a pole check without your permission damaging your yard.... There is a perfectly good alley way and why do you need a truck to look at a pole. At the very least consent should have to be given for them to be on you property! They also charge 50 a month for a connection fee, having lived all over the US this is extremely high. So even if you conserve as much energy as possible you still have to pay 50 a month...for your power to go out 2-3 times a month. Should be illegal.
Power goes out at least once a month. They cut power during 97 degree heat wave for 6.5 hours. They are terrible.
They have always been a good company in my area. The linemen work hard
We can barely afford to live as it is and then we have this crappy company taking all our money.
