Crooks. Bills are unjustified, equipment is old and outdated. Finding somewhere to live inside of south central power grid is top priority.
Unreasonable, they take forever to fix your outages,and rates are absolutely through the roof. Duke energy takes a shit on AEP.
I called and was informed that by 1:30am power would be on. It's pretty hard to manage 2 people on oxygen and no way to cool the house down.
Garbage of a utility company. Gouges us in prices. Then sends us notifications that our power has been restored when it's NOT! Get a better automated service system that's actually accurate so you aren't continuing to confuse and troll the community.
