This company is not for us it is against Ohians! Charging over $400 one month and the next one over $500 for electricity! I am barely athome. I have my place set at 65? They keep getting richer and the folks have to choose between paying the bill and purchasing food. PUCO is a joke as well. I talked with Feather at AEP and she was exceptional in explaining the cost and how you need to check your furnace in the hot and cold months. Your furnace or air conditioning has a sticker that tells you the kilo that it needs to run ..she looked at my account and I found out that I was doing everything efficiently and beyond and gave me help with giving me a set amount eachvmonth.
