Always an issue and always an excuse for them with horrible solutions & customer service. We are extremely overcharged for the service we receive. By now you would think they would prepare for bad weather and engineer solutions for it, especially with all the millions of dollars they collect from us.
Here we are… another power outage lasting over 10 hours. But those data centers have power, I saw it on my way home. Glad my 35% price hike pays for them to remain operational while the food in my fridge goes to shit again with no reimbursement. Criminal, but these are the times we live in. Wonder what’s it’s like to not care about humans and only care about money? It’s probably awful, but the money helps them sleep at night.
