Real simple review the wind blows the power goes out. I wish they could get up to date like Brightridge. And its overpriced!!! Our whole neighborhood looses power for multiple hours atleast once a month if not more

"I'm writing this review because I'm fed up with Appalachian Power's ridiculous rates. Every month, my bill is sky-high, even when I'm super careful with my electricity usage. It feels like they're just making up numbers. I've compared my usage to friends who have other providers, and they're paying way less for the same amount of power. Appalachian Power needs to get their act together and start charging fair prices. It's highway robbery!"
