I'm curious as to why my bill is over $1k at my business location and my HVAC unit was down for 2 weeks?? This tells me that you don't physically read the meters.

You can’t set up auto payment right away. You have pay first and then wait 2-5 business days until the payment goes through to set up auto pay. It’s 2026 let people set it up so they don’t forget to pay their bill smh
Swepco came and did a multi-day job on site at the Fox Creek Apartments in Texarkana, Arkansas. The first day, they dug a huge trench. No problem. The ridiculous behavior begins, the next morning. Absolutely no one was informed of the work going on, even apartment management did not know Swepco was on the property, I asked them. They began work on the second day a little past 8 am.
