God forbid you make all your payments to them on time for 3 years, & when your account is 0.75 short on your payment, they tell you to go ahead & redo the payment without informing you they will redraw the payment & send your account -200.00. Even when you didn’t authorize the second payment ever. Then when you figure out how to correct this via your bank, they charge you 50.00 fee for canceling the second payment you NEVER EVEN AUTHORIZED. & refuse to help you even when you have proof.
