They make it so difficult to report an outage. Automated system is designed to prevent customers from reaching a human being.
Its good when they answer but half the time I will call in go through all the crap iam supposed to and right when their supposed to answer my call they hang up and I got to go through all the crap again
It did take awhile to get though but the lady answering was very polite and profession and let me know they're their customer service is open 24 hours and evenings are slower generally.
I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and my bill was $343 dollars this month. It was $85 a few months ago. That is more than a triple increase!! Outrageous!!! I’ve called SWEPCO and they continue to lie to me over and over. Greed at it’s finest. Whoever approved this should be ashamed of themselves… We all should file a complaint with the public regulatory commission.
