Terrible company with terrible customer service. I could keep listing issues, but the list would be too long and I would just be wasting my breath.
This company is terrible for getting billing correct. They erroneously closed my account back in April and despite repeated efforts to get it fixed, they continue to botch up bills, including billing me for things I’ve already paid.
If I could go less than 1 star I would.. There CSR will tell you that if you pay your deposit right now your electricity will be on in 2hrs..... and it won't be you will get it on 3 days later if it's not a weekend then you have to wait until the next week.... They don't care if you lose all your food or if you have a medical condition that needs electricity... THEY DON'T CARE..... All they say it I'm sorry your having this issue!!!!!!!!!!
Lost power over 12 hours ago 6:37pm on a Sunday night. It is now 8:30am on Monday morning, nice young man but first SWEPCO truck and equipment in 12+ hours. August heat, rain off and on which added the sticky muggy, loss of all goods in the refrigerator and freezer plus the mess and regrouping again. If I could go lower than 1 star I would as well, worst electric company ever, our power is constantly going out, and they charges way to much, if yall can avoid swepco do it
