Power has been out for over a day and the app said that they are “working” on another outage in another area. I drove over to see that they only have TWO workers that proceeded to sit there and smoke 2-3 full cigarettes and talk. This company is a joke and they will leave you in the dark if your stuff goes out
Power went out from a tree falling. I’ve been without power since 3pm yesterday. All food in the fridge has went bad. I tried getting ahold of a physical person to talk to and have not got a call from anybody. Tree is picked up 24 hours later but still no power
I've been sitting in the dark for six hours because AEP couldn't be bothered to get the power back on in a timely manner. I just bought groceries yesterday, and now I need to throw away a fridge full of food. Everything is overpriced now, so I can't just go out and buy everything all over again. I had a lot of stuff to do today, and I got absolutely none of it done. (Laundry, schoolwork, etc.)
They rip you off every trippppp. $556 for a trailer?? Over $400 for months for a trailerrrrrr
