When our power rarely goes out, crews are on site doing repairs very shortly after the report! They've had the power restored within 3 hours the past two outages, I'm always impressed with the service they provide.
Final edit: Thanks to *checks notes* Illinois lol, For being able to handle storms that happen every single year and being 100 times more prepared than Indiana when an outage takes place. It took Illinois a total of 3 hours to get the power back for over 200 people.
Laziest, slowest, unintelligent and an absolute nightmare. I moved to Indiana and had no choice but to use their services. Never in my entire life anywhere I have lived have I had this bad of an experience with a power company. I'm from the Kansas/Missouri area which I used to think was bad until I found this company. Over 24 hours of no electricity after 1 storm?! Other companies would have had this fixed in 24 hours in the absolute worst case.
