Outrageous price increase. Monthly bill is up over a $100 from last year.
They are con artists, they are telling me they have no record of me transferring my services and they kept a service open. Now they are expecting me to pay the bill to them when it is not my fault they did not transfer it. Management was no help. Very disappointed in how they are not careful with transferring services. Now I have two electric bills under my name! I am highly upset
The automated system sucks!!! It was all static and I could not hear what the automated machine was saying half the time and it couldn’t understand me either!! Bring back people to people conversations!!!
Terrible company, everything automated and automated system sucks. No one answers a damn call at this company.
