The automated system sucks!!! It was all static and I could not hear what the automated machine was saying half the time and it couldn’t understand me either!! Bring back people to people conversations!!!
Terrible company, everything automated and automated system sucks. No one answers a damn call at this company.
Worst electric company in America
Some non electric lines went down in our yard and the person who came to check them said I should just cut them if they don't belong to any of our utilities. That sounds wildly irresponsible.
What a pathetically sad company wow that we’re working with. I hope something else comes new.
