I paid a disconnect notice on the 9th, and on the 16th they cut off my service, said that it was another disconnect, how do you get two disconnect in the same month, and if they sent out another disconnect bill, I haven't received it. I have a son who lives with me, he's paralyzed, has seizures and has a brain tumor, he will have a seizure if he gets overheated.
