I would like to thank swepco for a outstanding job this weekend dealing with weather outages.
I paid a disconnect notice on the 9th, and on the 16th they cut off my service, said that it was another disconnect, how do you get two disconnect in the same month, and if they sent out another disconnect bill, I haven't received it. I have a son who lives with me, he's paralyzed, has seizures and has a brain tumor, he will have a seizure if he gets overheated. When I asked what was the amount of the disconnect bill they stated the same amount that I just paid. And I'm on the deferred plan which goes up every month and ever... read more
