Why is the power constantly going out and then we can’t get anyone on the phone?! It’s a clear, sunny and hot day and the power has shut off twice, then wouldn’t let us report the outage because they had “fixed” the problem the first time.
The absolute dissatisfaction I have experienced with this incompetent company is honestly baffling! Every time it even slightly rains or the WIND blows, our power goes out. Don’t you think this is unacceptable? Once, nothing was happening at all and our power still had the audacity to go out. They leave us several hours without power especially knowing this usually happens during the spring/summer when it’s the hottest. I hate that this is the only option we have. Our power has been out for more than twelve hours. Shame on you SWEPCO. You need to do better. We should start a no payment revolt.
Terrible customer service. My husband called 10 minutes ago seeking help, well he thought. The lady was extremely rude and condescending. We've been trying to pay our light bill for the last month and every service store we went to said the systems been down for months.. okay understandable. Tried through the app.. NOT working.
