The absolute dissatisfaction I have experienced with this incompetent company is honestly baffling! Every time it even slightly rains or the WIND blows, our power goes out. Don’t you think this is unacceptable? Once, nothing was happening at all and our power still had the audacity to go out. Terrible customer service. My husband called 10 minutes ago seeking help, well he thought. The lady was extremely rude and condescending. We've been trying to pay our light bill for the last month and every service store we went to said the systems been down for months.. okay understandable. Tried through the app.. NOT working.
